HISTORY
Christian Dam Galleries were established in Copenhagen,
Denmark, in 1989 and in Oslo, Norway, in 1997. Our job
is to promote our artists and contribute to their international
recognition. In the process we strive to be a professional
partner and a respected source of information for our
clients and collectors.
Being represented in both Denmark and Norway gives
us - and the artists - optimal exposure in relation
to Scandanavian museums, collectors and the press.
At each of the two galleries we run a dual programme,
exhibiting the work of recognised international and
Scandinavian artists alongside young cutting-edge art,
including contemporary photography.
